The 1538 is a co-working and office space that offers single assigned desks, single offices, double offices and a small number of suite-sized offices. Amenities include high-speed printer, scanner, copiers, kitchen/bar, Internet, conference rooms, a zoom room, off-street gated parking and more. Membership is monthly with 3 or 6 month commitments for offices. We bring lunch in for all members on Thursdays. Free tours available and day pass options.
