Is there parking at The 1538?

Yes! We have free parking for both you and meetings, guests, etc. For office memberships we have gated parking under the building. Other parking is next to the building on the Louisiana Avenue side. 

What are your hours? When will people be there?

Assigned desk pods and office memberships come with 24/7 access. Our Community Managers are on-site Monday through Friday from 9 to 5. Depending on people’s work schedules you may find someone on-site at 10pm or on weekends.  

Can I hold an event at The 1538?

We have had festival donor receptions, Mardi Gras parties and after hours community meetings. Please contact our Community Manager to discuss your event.

Is The 1538 Dog or Kid Friendly?

We love kids but we are not equipped to handle their needs, so except for special occasions we ask our members to leave children at home or school. Dogs are usually not allowed in the space, but there are some exceptions. Please speak to our Community Manager about those.
